A great nutritious way to start your day with a cashew & cranberry muesli. With the combined goodness of oats with ‘super’ ingredients like cashew, cranberry, coconut and flax seed for a breakfast treat that’s bursting with deliciousness, and a healthy dose of nutrients including protein, dietary fiber and Omega 3!
Ingredients born out of soils that have been lovingly tended and dynamically cultivated to increase their vitality, fertility and inherent energy, hence producing crops with full-bodied flavours and maximum nutritional benefits. It has been minimally processed, without the use of ‘nasty’ synthetic additives, refined sugar or preservatives.
TIP: Soak for 10 minutes or longer for a nurturing, easy-to-digest muesli. Add your favourite milk, yoghurt and fresh fruit before serving. You can also add some of our organic whey protein powder for some extra goodness and punch to start your day!
